CAMP and CLINIC REGISTRATION

Registration is a 2 Step Process
STEP 1: Click the camp(s) and clinic(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your cart and check out.
STEP 2: Fill out the Registration Form below along with the liability waiver and submit.

Please note we do not offer refunds.  We are happy to offer a credit if you register for a camp or clinic and are unable to attend for some reason.  Thank you for understanding.
