Coach Padgett has extensive experience with the recruiting process having helped over 75 players find a good fit to continue their academic and baseball careers at the collegiate level as a high school coach.  Additionally, he knows the other side having been a Division 1 assistant coach for 5 years at incredible universities with excellent baseball programs (William and Mary, Wake Forest, Duke).  As he helps guide players and families through the recruiting process, he will lean heavily on his vast network of college coaching friends to help find you the best fit!

We have partner organizations across the country including groups in Seattle, Raleigh, New York, Houston, and here in northern Virginia.  We provide tremendous value to the families within each organization through education, exposure to coaches, supporting player development, and aiding in making the best decisions in the recruiting process. Our Process: We will begin with an initial and completely free consultation to get to know the player and their family, to set reasonable expectations, to begin to develop a plan for player development, and to map out the steps to strategically get in front of schools that provide the student athlete with a good fit athletically, academically, socially, geographically, and financially.  Should the family then decide to take the next steps and partner with us to provide ongoing support in the recruiting process, we would on board them with our exclusive recruiting software program that makes the steps of exploring schools, building your list, contacting coaches, and finding worthwhile camps to explore a wonderfully simple and stress-free process.  Then we go from there!  At Next Level we think you should run the other direction from folks who "Get kids committed" or charge an arm and a leg for this service.  We are a white glove service at an affordable price point and WE CAN HELP GET YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
