In an effort to maximize the coaching staffs' ability to work with each player individually and to ensure we cover all of the major skills of the day, we are going to break the time up into 3 separate clinics, that will focus on a specific skill within that hour and then transition to another skill for each clinic.  Feel free to sign up for individual clinics, or for all 3!  We will also spend some time covering what high school coaches and college coaches are looking for from players and we will discuss the best way to prepare for a successful high school career, and maybe even beyond!

12:00-1:00PM - Infield and Outfield Defense - including playing effective and active catch

1:05-2:05PM - Pitching and Catching

2:10-3:15PM - Hitting

Each Individual Clinic is $45 or Sign up for all 3 for $120.

 

Coach Padgett and other Bishop O'Connell baseball coaching staff members along with a number of current Bishop O'Connell players will lead players through some instructional drills focusing on throwing, hitting, and defensive work, followed by a controlled scrimmage game.
