INDIVIDUAL and SMALL GROUP TRAINING and INSTRUCTION
1 hour and 1.5 hour options available
Location: Indoors: Ignite Baseball in Arlington, VA
Outdoor option when weather appropriate: Waters Field in Vienna
Groups of 2-4 or Individual (Cost varies based on numbers)
Sessions can be tailored to focus on whatever skills necessary (Typical 1 hour session is split with 30 minutes of hitting and 30 minutes of defensive work, but completely customizable)
