Padgett December Clinic at Corobus

An Introduction to Motor Preference Driven Training

While true Motor Preference driven training is far more in depth than what we will be doing, we will introduce the concept to the players and lean on some of the techniques and concepts we've learned from the best baseball trainers out there right now, training some of the highest level players (but also training all the way down to youth players, as this stuff applies to all athletes).  My friends at 108 Performance and with the Los Angeles Dodgers are the best, and they've shared their approach with me.  I will work some of those ideas and concepts in to see what we can unlock in players in an hour and a half together!
